A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US

If you have lived in Encinitas for the past two decades, you have most likely had your or your child’s first haircut done by us. We have been established since 1985 and Kids Kuts has lovingly changed ownership since the beginning. However, we hold true the relationships built with long time clients, now friends, and continue to establish new ones every day. There is a history here at Kids Kuts that no other modern children’s hair salon has in Encinitas.

MEET THE KREW

Sheri “Rey” Ragland was hired as a stylist in 1991 after moving to Encinitas from New York City with her family. In 1998, Rey took over ownership and continues to work behind the chair cutting hair of children of all ages from infants to grandparents. Kids love her. Teens love her. Grownups love her.

It was only fitting that Rey’s daughter, Kelly, joined the team to share her mother’s passion for cutting hair and working with families. Rey, Kelly, and the lovely ladies of Kids Kuts are a caring and wonderful team of hairstylists making the salon a one-stop haircutting and coloring place for the whole family.
